Shipping Policy

Every Guided Lambs guide is printed and prepared just for you, then sent out with care. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your guide is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 7 to 11 business days
- International: 9 to 13 business days

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, or busy periods can occasionally add a little time.

Shipping Costs
All bundles ship free. Shipping on a single guide is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your Free Digital Copy
Every order includes a free digital version of the guide. We'll email it to you around the time your printed copy arrives, so you can start reading wherever you are.

International Orders
Any customs fees or import duties are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. They aren't included in your order total.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at info@guidedlambs.com and we'll track it down and make it right.
