30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Guided Lambs study guide. If it's not right for you, we've got you covered.

Returns & Refunds: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Once we receive the guide back, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

To Start a Return: Email us at info@guidedlambs.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions within 1 business day.

Items Must Be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In clean, undamaged condition (and yes, you're welcome to read through it to decide if it's a fit)
- In the original packaging where possible

Damaged or Defective Items: If your guide arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email us at info@guidedlambs.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund including any return shipping.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow a further 5 to 10 days for your bank to post it.
